She sat down and laid out and said, “Fine, I am curious what your angle is in this, Uri-el, but I am willing to try this path.”

“If only because you seem to believe in it so deeply, and I find such passion in an elite admirable.”

“You sound like you actually believe this, so what would happen if we were to do things, your way?” she asked. “I am curious.”

“How would we walk this path of conviction?”

"And that means what?" she replied. "I am not turning myself over to the UNJE or baseline authorities. What path do you walk, Uri-el? Since this all means so much to you."

She switched to accented English, “Well so much for my holiday. Accountable to who? The UNJE? You? What people do you possibly fight for and why? Do you even know? What does accountability even look like, a lifetime in a prison that will fail to contain me?”

Babble had come with Uri-el and dropped to the ground once he could do so safely. He held out his empty hands in a peaceful gesture.

"You look familiar," she said to Babble in German, "What are you doing here?"

Azarael, assuming the angel did not hide their presence, removed her shades and said in German, “I did not order any drinks. Thank you.”

OOC: Unsure of if they came together or separately but moving forward. Now locked in.

Azrael reached into the back of the truck and tossed a duffel bag down at Uri-el’s feet and said, “Reward.” Her legs coiled and shifted to provide better jumping power and then she was skyward in a powerful leap. OOC: The duffel bag has enough money to provide each Wealth 1 Benefit, and it will stack.

Azrael glowered at the words, the muscles across her body coiling, preparing to pounce. Her form shifting and preparing to better rend flesh and break bone.

Something about Iris' tone sounded truthful and urgent.

"Understood, be ready to leave," she replied in accented English.

They were slowed down and the ship was rocked by an explosion. Then came Azrael over the radio, "Have you gotten to Engineering yet?"

The monster woman spoke, in accented English, “Samedi, Street Witch, with me, we have our target… you go and disable the ship, then we meet up.”

She then tossed Iris, a small communicator and said, “We converge when mission completed.”

They arrived in a high tech facility, the room was dark, maybe it wa a meeting room with a large table. The lights flickered on with the movement inside. A few seconds passed and then a new figure passed through the portal, it had to duck down to make itself fit but it was feminine in shape and beau...
