The city of Mudaba Adin, the urban regions are subject to massive damage from the unknown Herald from another reality, the damage is in the billions and it is estimated that tens of thousands have suffered and died during her brief rampage around the city.

OOC: If there is a an NPC you are concerned about, human or baseline let me know, and an HP will ensure there survival otherwise I will allow the dice to decide.

The Institute was not in the line of fire, so any folks living there are safe.

If Frankie is in danger I'd definitely spend a HP to ensure her survival. It would be interesting to leave it up to the dice, but we know Sakkaku and Frankie doesn't deserve that.

Glad I didn't bring her to the Null Zone where it might be dangerous.
