Elite Comic Universe PBP

The campus of the Institute, built with an eye of melding architecture and nature into the design. It is a sprawling campus built for easy pedestrian use, and use of smaller transportation vehicles. This is area is technically part of the university but requires additional security access for the grounds. This gives the Elite students and Institute staff a bit of privacy.
