He nodded and then ran the search and after a few minutes he narrowed it down to a more select collection of results and compiled the data for Frankie. It’s unclear if this will be helpful but the search parameters included weird stuff and dimensions and lots of conspiracy theory nonsense.

Markus said, “Not that bad, about six gigs of data, pretty small all things considered. Videos, pictures, articles… just about anything I could find that mentions the parameters.”

"...uhm... right. So, anything in there about this Eric Gibson bloke, then? Like, how to find him?"

“There are a lot of Eric Gibsons in there, more Erics, and Gibsons, and lots of weird stuff. You’ll have to comb through it and see if it’s useful. Guessing a lot of it won’t be, but who knows. But it’s as comprehensive as I could make it,” he admitted.

"Thanks... uh... can you give it to me in a way that I can access it from any device? This laptop won't stick around forever."

“I… sure,” he said, holding up a small portable drive. “I moved the data to this USB drive. I have questions, but I am afraid of the answers.”

She took the drive, and looked at it. "Okay I hope this'll fit on whatever I end up with next time. Thanks."

Frankie pocketed the drive, then looked at him. "Why would the answers scare you? I'm pretty much an open book, yeah?"

"No, it's Frankie, not Frankly... oh.... right. Well, weirder than being able to do all that... whizz computer stuff and build sexbots?"

She looked over to what the android and Galatea were up to.

He rolled his eyes and turned to other work and said, "You're welcome."

"Okay okay, I'm sorry," she said, rolling her own eyes in return, "I was just messing with you on the sexbot thing anyway. Thanks for this though, it's gonna be real helpful yeah? I owe you, or something. Or rather, the universe owes you."

"Possible but would be building this computing power worth it, would it be benificial and how accurate would it be?" She ventured to ask

"On the subject of accuracy no tools can be made for something one has no perception of thus entirely lacking in knowledge. One may build a model comprehensive enough that one can perceive the absence of something but it would be incapable to give a proper answer to what that thing...or those things is or are"

''They are...but there could be few inherent problems depending on how you picture it. One is to assume that having a finite amount of knowledge means that this knowledge it static in nature. The advancement of human society creates new information which humans use to further their advancement once more. Any computing system would need to continue growing at, at least, a similar pace to process the ever growing information. If the information the system acquires is shared with humanity then it's growth would only accelerate which would require even greater computing. We would now have a race toward infinity which is not tenable in a closed system: at one point the system's need for resources could very well put it's own subject of study into precarity or danger which would make it's own purpose null. That is the ultimate conundrum brought by parallel system.''

She paused

''Then there is the mistake of assuming such a system does not already exist. Like said previously, humanity's knowledge increases by humanity's own means because. Humanity, in a sense, is it's own computing system to acquire knowledge about itself. It might be imperfect and not immediately efficient but the more humanity grows the more of these things it becomes. Being human is the best way to learn about humanity. After all...the proof of the success of a system designed to understand humanity would be to be able to act in a way that is indistinguishable from it. Would'nt you agree?''

“Markus,” he said to Frankie. “And no, this was a personal project, I started over the summer. I wanted to try my hand at replicating what Dr. Patel did for ADINA, but in a single frame. Technically you can think of her as like ADINA’s child, but that is a really basic simplification of the technology and science at work here.”

Hana took in the data and then replied, “I need to experience more of this humanity directly to make a cogent argument or statement. There seems to be a disconnect between life experience and what is portrayed on available media and social media.”
