It was a close call but she managed to slip away from her cameraman using her third form and made her way to Markus's lab knowing it would be a safe black zone

''Markus?'' she said as she entered

[Markus Reed]

He swiveled on his chair, his computer had several screens up, one had Dog Days playing. He said, “Hey Galatea, how’s it going?”

“You ready to make some skin?”

[Galatea]

''Yes...and no...and yes'' she facepalmed ''Bons Deuses''

It took a moment before she calmed down

''Hello Markus. I do need some stimulating work right now...and to have a word with you about Eric Gibson''

"Alright, so why are you interested in this person," he asked as he controlled his computer with his mind.

Galatea put on a lab smock before prepping her workstation

''A lot of people have begun taking a interest in him. He might cause a disaster...or a disaster might be caused when the rest of this reality show contestants tracks him down''

She sighs

“I did notice an uptick in searches for this person or alias,” he admitted. “What’s your interest? Also what disaster? Is this mixed up with the Frankies and their alternate universe meme?”

[Galatea]

''It is linked to the Frankies, yes. Although I think the alternate reality claim is credible enough to be taken seriously.'' she began as the clothes underneath the smock began to melt into a liquid gold.

''A third party told them that Eric Gibson is the culprit of a dimensional collapse that would result in the destruction of our and her reality''

The gold shaped itself into a form fitting bodysuit that covered everything aside from her face, her hair thickened into thick wires or tendrils. Had she not been wearing the frock, the golden bodysuit would not had left much to the imagination.

''The third party is described to be an extra-dimensional entity.''

[Markus Reed]

“Well, that’s a lot to take on just someone’s word,” he admitted. His chair swiveled back to his montiors as he said, “Nice I got a sweet pull in Dog Doys.”

“Scratch that, just duplicates. Look you didn’t hear it from me but if you want to talk to Eric Gibson, I might know a guy who knows a guy who can get in contact with him. But it’s gonna cost. He ain’t going to meet unless money is involved.”

''I don't suppose getting duplicates allows you to upgrade the basic character like in some other gatcha?''

She began communicating with computers as well while her main body did physical manipulation

''It's a lot, granted, but teleportation is dimensional travel in it's very essence. I'm sure I don't need to explain to you the energy requirement to do that or what it entails. Furthermore it's possible Frankie's teleportation works imperfectly...it looks downright sloppy compared to Miles...the irregularities that follows her could be a symptom of that....which could make her vulnerable to be pulled into another dimension.''

She drummed her fingers

''Many conjunctions, too much for comfort, but observation seems to correlate.''

She tilted her head towards Markus

''How much?''

“I mean yeah, I can still make use of them but I’m a completist,” he admitted. When she went onto the subject of powers and science he chuckled and said, “I mean that’s a whole rabbit hole of discussion on the many ways that Elites break the laws of known physics… hell science and our understanding of the universe.”

When she asked how much he said, “Probably ten to fifteen thousand dollars, USD minimum for a consultation. He’s a dealer and contractor, so he isn’t hard to get to if you know the right people. But it isn’t cheap either.”

ADINA appeared and said, “Markus has a strange definition of what isn’t hard, but yes we can reach him.”

''Ha! Maybe they don't break it but it is our understanding of science and the universe that is incomplete.'' she happily chimed in before considering the price

'I can afford that fee. Is it per query or for a set of time?'' she asked before Adina showed up

''Hello Adina. How are you today? Glad to know contact is possible. What are your thoughts on dimensional travel?''

“I don’t want the burden of rewriting the rules of our universe,” he joked.

“That will probably buy an hour or two of his time, doubtful it would be face to face. Probably virtual, at least that was the case when we met the first time. He’s a professional, or at least he delivers what is requested.”

“It is improbable by normal conventional means, but definitely possible given the abilities, technology, and determination of Elites. Given Frankie’s story, and the evidence provided it seems more likely that travel may be possible,” ADINA responded.

Markus shrugged and said, “Forgive me, if I remain the skeptic in the room.”

''Nothing wrong with being a skeptic, dear, but sometime going out of your comfort zone is the key to discovery''

She brought an holographic representation of the biochemical structure of Hana's skin

''I will meet with mister Gibson, if possible.''

“What name and what is the nature of the request for Eric Gibson,” ADINA responded.

Galatea paused to consider

''I will go under the guise of Arachnea...as for the purpose...'' she frowned ''Marcus, should I go straight for it?''
