It was all pretty easy stuff, polynomial functions and logarithms and such, but it was apparently a prerequisite for some of the more advanced classes. Miles took notes for awhile, but started to get bored before the class was halfway through.

A vacant look crossed the Singaporean teen's eyes as he looked around, even looking through the walls to see if there was something more interesting in the next classroom.

In the next room over he can see two students having a rather intimate tryst, thankfully it is empty. He assumes it is two students.

And then Frankie sat next to him, “Thousand Miles, yeah, you did the homework, bruv? Just want to compare notes, see if you got the right answers, that I got. Not gonna do yah dodgy, yeah.”

Then a deep slurp of her iced coffee.

His eyes lingered for a moment on the couple in the next room, but it didn't look like anyone he knew. Then Frankie was there.

"Oh, hey Frankie, I think I saw your evil twin again earlier. Hope she's not up to something," Miles commented with a friendly smile. "I got x=5 for the first question, what about you?"

"Evil twin, yeah?" she said confused. "Oh... slow down, bruv, x=5... yeah that's what I got."

"Doing good so far, yeah."

"Oh, you know, the other Frankie that you told me about, that looks just like you," Miles said offhandedly. "Is she still being kinda sus? Or decided to play nice?"

“Wait, she said that? About me? She’s the one… I mean,” she stopped short and took a deep drink of her iced coffee and said, “I’m sure, she was joking, yeah. Bruv, she was never sus, it was all in her head, right? She was just havin’ a laugh, yeah. You know how she is.”

"Oh, are you friends with her now?" Miles asked. "Bet. Are you like twin sisters then? Do... do you take turns coming to class, so you only have to attend half of them? That'd be a pretty sweet exploit."

"That's a brilliant idea," she said not realizing why she had not thought of it. "I knew you were the right nerd to sit next."

"Haha, like and subscribe for more of my college class tips," Miles grinned.

“Sure, you got some socials or somethin’ yeah?” she asked. “I started a channel once but then I got bored, and I suck at dancin’ so I never went viral, yeah.”

''Sure thing," Miles said, tapping his phone to cause a QR code to pop up, loaded with all his social media links. "Here you go! And you suck at dancing, whaaaat, we can't allow that! I can teach you a few moves if you want!"

"You dance?" she asked with surprise.
