Rebecca “Ruby” Connors is a graduate of the Mudaba Adin Institute, originally from the United States she now works as a student advisor at the school. She is an Elite whose body has permanently been transformed into what appears to be a red hardened crystalline material. This makes her highly resistant to physical damage and capable of dealing very serious injuries with her sharpened edges. She is a success story that overcome a potentially dangerous Emergence and is now a productive member of society. She is 22 years of age, making her one of the younger staff members and this is her first year in her new role which has her excited and nervous to now screw thigs up.

Sakura Red

Sakura Red is an international superstar, singer and sometimes actress, but mostly known for her music. Originally from Japan this Elite has parlayed her appearance, gifts, and abilities into a powerful brand that seems unstoppable. She is an award winning artist, and has reinvented herself a couple of times through her short career. She does predominately pop music, hip hop, some rap… but has also dabbled with an American styled country album, several releases of her doing hard core metal music and promotional album where she portrays every member of a five member K-Pop group called Sakura-Five. Her public persona is outrageous, over the top, and adored by all.

Wah Shen

Wah Shen is a student at the Mudaba Adin Institute originally from Shanghai, China; his family was forced out of China during the Chinese-American War and relocated to Ethiopia. His family is quite wealthy with ties to various businesses both locally and abroad. He is the golden child of the family, handsome, intelligent and fairly serious. There are rumors around the school that his family has ties to the Brass Orchid Triad, but this is probably just jealousy or wild allegations. Wah Shen is an Elite with abilities that enhance his physical capabilities to superhuman levels.

ADINA

ADINA is a sophisticated neural network synthetic intelligence designed by Dr. Patel that was brought online at the institute about four years ago and has been iterated on since. It is a campus wide digital assistant that can respond to any staff member or student while on the campus or in the village. ADINA is super intelligent, helpful, and seems to genuinely care about the people on campus. Curious, polite, and sophisticated ADINA can respond as a voice or produce a hologram entity to better interact on the school. She is always listening, which has brought up privacy concerns but so far there have been no issues with her service. ADINA stands for (Automated Digital Intelligence Network Android).
