[Day 5 - MA] Fourth Interview

[Dapper Dog]

"That's a noble gesture, but they all volunteered for the job," she responded. "Danger is part of the contract. Do you feel the scenarios were too dangerous?"

[Babble]

"No." he shook his head. "They were realistic natural disasters. I wonder though, if we would have been able to call for assistance from other Elites in some of those scenarios. I considered it during ours, since we had the radio."

[Dapper Dog]

"Clever, there may have been some out of the box solutions available. So what can you tell us about your friend Hanh?" she responded.

[Babble]

A slight grin crossed his lips, but he hesitated to respond. He'd expected this to come up. He still wasn't sure what to say, however.

"Hanh is a brilliant artist with a good kind heart, from a large loving family. And, she's cute. Very cute." He said. "She was one of the victims of the hardsuit attack and it's self destruction. I pulled her out of tge debris. Tgat's how we met."

"That incident doesn't weigh on me the way it did initially. Hanh is part of the reason why. Our friendship has helped me gain more perspective of what happened." He explained. "But, I wonder about the relationship between Elite and those they protect, the people they rescue. There can be some complicated and questionable situations, I'm sure. But, I'm happy to have Hanh as a friend."

"Is there anything more to it?" He shrugged. "I don't know. But, I've invited her to the gala."

[Dapper Dog]

“Complicated relationship, what do you see as complicated? And on Hanh, I am glad her friendship has been a boon to you. Does that give you some motivation to continue helping others?” she responded.

[Babble]

"I've seen how Elites can be idolized, with very devoted followers. History has shown that celebrities and their fans can cross lines and do terrible things to each other. That's without superhuman abilities or perceived life debts." he explained. "I doubt it's a common thing overall, but it is something to think about. I'm not worried about it with Hanh, and it doesn't deter me from helping people. I'm still very dedicated to that."

[Dapper Dog]

"How would you feel if people idolized you, wanted to be just like you," she asked.

[Babble]

"I'd feel like I would need to be a better person." he answered. "Someone worthy of such aspirations. But, honestly, I'd encourage them to be the best version of themselves they can be."

[Dapper Dog]

"That's a humbling suggestion. Do you net feel worthy of admiration?" she asked.

[Babble]

"What is there to admire?" he shrugged. "I am proud of who I am. And, if others can draw inspiration from the things I do, that's great. I hope I can be a positive role model. But, I'm still learning who I am. The idea of anyone wanting to be like me, while I'm still incomplete, feels weird."

[Dapper Dog]

"How does a person complete themselves, in your eyes?" she asked.

[Babble]

"I don't know. My naynay would say 'family', but I don't think it's that simple." He said. "I think it's different for everyone and it likely changes throughout our lives. We gain an understanding of who we are. Then, we wonder who else we can be. Right now, I just want to help people and I'm trying to find the best way I can do that. That's what will complete my current self."

[Dapper Dog]

"Those are wise words, Arturo. I think we have enough here, please enjoy some refreshments on the way out," she responded.

[Babble]

"Thank you. Have a good day."

He left.
