[Bee Haw]

Bea looked for Malik before his meeting.

She had some interesting updates for him!

[Uri-el]

Malik stood in the conference room, peering up into one camera after another. My goodness, are there no blind spots?. He turned as the door opened to face Bea. "Good afternoon. How are you?"

[Bee Haw]

"Malik, howdy! How are you doing? I think I've got a little more information possibly relevant to your floral engagement today." That was her super unsubtle code for 'Brass Orchid meet'.

"I'm not sure it's anything to mention. Maybe just to keep in mind? Or ... for the future, depending on how stuff goes? But I think you should definitely have this context!"

[Uri-el]

"Context would be lovely, Bea. Context...for the floral arrangement. That...I...have...planned."

[Bee Haw]

"Alright, so the reason Frankie was interested in information about the Champagne room at what turned out to be the Brass Orchid black market was that she had heard a man Eric Gibson had been seen there. And he is very important. He is some kind of scientist, weapons/tech researcher. He might work for them, or he might just be a contact. A seller or buyer. They definitely had a lot of tech stuff for sale."

"Frankie is in touch with these strange powerful alien entities with power over time and ... other universes? Like a multiverse of universes? I am a little uncertain of what that means exactly. Or theologically. But they seem able to foresee bad stuff and offer warnings? And her powers are related to reaching for stuff out of other universes? So like she's on their radar?"

"And they warned her that Eric Gibson is going to do something with his research that is universe breaking. Everyone will die. Everyone. The entire universe will be destroyed. This one."

"So that's why she urgently wanted to get into that room. Just to get information about him. To possibly meet him. Warn him."

[Uri-el]

Malik blinked. "So that seems problematic. And we are sure that Frankie is not just out of her mind?"

[Bee Haw]

"I don't think she is. She is quirky, but part of that is related to just apparently being from a different universe."

"She believes it. That's all I can probably say in 100% confidence without reading her mind. But I know what comes of ignoring prophets. And if this Universe is in danger, God might well use unusual prophets to describe unusual threats. Her very existence is part of the ... the proof of her words."

[Uri-el]

"I accept the logic." He frowned. "It would be fair to say that the end of the universe is more dangerous than an organized crime group, no matter how aggressive. Has Frankie approached the UNJE about this?"

[Bee Haw]

"Not officially, I don't think. I know she mentioned it to Kim Jun-Min, who is a student mentor at the University, I think? So UNJE, in that sense. Her role is a little hazy to me, since I'm not a student? You might know more."

[Uri-el]

"I do not. I am not a student, either. I believe that I will bring this to the attention of Tsehay Moqe. It is her city, and she should be aware of this net of events."

[Bee Haw]

She nodded.

"It is. And I think she really cares about the community here. And she is one of our judges at Academy House. So, very much our chain of authority."

[Uri-el]

Authority. Uri-el liked it.

"Then I will inform her and you of what I learn after the meeting. Was there anything else?"

[Bee Haw]

"I think that's everything I know at this point."

"One guard - the one who attacked Frankie with her blood magic - noticed my overwatching bees. I touched her mind after she attacked so viciously and out of proportion. That's how I knew about the payoff to the cops and that they were rattled because Wah Shen was visiting. They may be looking for me. I guess... let me know if they ask about bees."

[Uri-el]

Uri-el frowned. "Who is Wah Shen?"

[Bee Haw]

"Here is what I know. He was at the black market. He went into the Champagne room where we were hoping to find Eric Gibson. He might be a good lead for more information. I don't know if he is Brass Orchid. Probably? But unconfirmed. He is the son of a major big wig in Shanghai. His visit to the Brass Orchid's market and private areas had the local Orchid on edge, so he isn't part of their usual local operation."

[Uri-el]

"I understand. Thank you, Bea."
