"I think we had better keep moving." He gestured with his eyes toward to communicator, mouthing 'They may be making better time.'

The AI responded to Babble, "Are you trying to co-opt our systems? Curious, what is your goal here, destruction? Steal some secrets? Chaos?"

Meanwhile the team has come to a bulkhead that has sealed off the engineering area.

"How thick is this, Iris?" he asked, looking down at his too-normal sword and his probably-not-fiery-enough hand.

The AI responded to Babble, "Are you trying to co-opt our systems? Curious, what is your goal here, destruction? Steal some secrets? Chaos?"

"The hardsuit that attacked Frankie and killed bystanders came from this ship, didn't it?" He asked the AI. "I want to prevent it from happening again. I want to lock down this ship and everything on it."

He shifted his focus to opening the way into engineering.

Iris rubs her forehead and squints with an eye on her palm at the bulkhead, looking for both depth and if there were any weak points that might help Uri-el cut through it.

It was not Uri-el's day. He struck the bulkhead with the sword, but he lost his footing and barely even scratched the thing.

"So definitely no pressure on hacking us in or we all maybe die."

OOC: DC 20 to break the shackles, or DC 30 to try and bypass the door and ignore the offer.

Iris hurries ahead.

"Yes, I am," she responded digitally to Babble.

Inside the bulkhead was a large room with several specialists, engineers and similar folk, they had basic high tech small arms and raise their weapons or ducked behind their terminals.

One said in French, "Who are you people?"

Pulling out her communicator and using bing translate.

"We are not there to destroy youse...please drop....your arms."

The engineer responded, "I don't understand, but you need to go." They held their weapons up still hoping to get the young Elites to change their mind.
