Old Slums

The older slums are the oldest parts of the city, crime is high here and poverty at its highest. Despite the universal income for all citizens some folks are still struggling or just refused to leave their homes. The slums is a clash of ideas, and although poorer than other regions the poverty is often self-inflicted from drug abuse, rampant local gangs, and political corruption.
