The location should see a lot of foot traffic in the morning and afternoon.
Elite Chai is a new establishment owned by the production company for the contestants to work at during the recording. They sell Chai, Ethiopian coffee, and smoothies with some vegetarian snacks. It is health conscious, hip, and modern. In addition to the contestants there are two baseline staff members.
