The Mudaba Adin UNJE Institute is co-located with the Mudaba Adin Regional University, though it is a separate campus unto itself. Elite students at the Institute attend the Regional University for their standard classes, the school is well funded and considered one of the best in the region and is very competitive with top schools around the globe.

Classes at the UNJE Institute focus on using their abilities in an ethical manner, control of their abilities in a safe environment, and courses on how to deal with the public and prepare Elites for the demands of the public life. Graduates of the program tend to go on to high paying contracts around the globe with the UNJE, private interests and national governments. Students live on campus in dorms during their undergraduate career and have access to all the tools and resources they will need for academic success.

The class load can be demanding but the staff do their best to find a good balance for students to achieve success, and typically in their third year and fourth years they are directed to paid Internships in their career fields or Elite Internships with the UNJE or affiliated member nations. While students are not paid, the education is free along with room and board; but all students are required to complete one hundred hours of public service each academic year. These tasks can be public appearances in support of the UNJE, humanitarian work, or other tasks that best suit the given Elite student.

The program is a four to five year program that ends with a provisional UNJE License, a Bachelors degree, and the support of the UNJE to find employment. While the program is generous not all students complete the course work, due to personality issues, perhaps early recruitment, or they simply drop out of their own accord though dropping out is rare. Institute graduates are often headhunted for top Elite positions and contracts around the globe, starting at the mid six figures on the lower end in USD.
