Crime exists in the world of 2032, people still feel desperation or want things they can’t get through normal means or feel pushed into circumstances that force them to act against the prevailing law. Just now some of those criminals have access to Elite abilities.

One of the more dominant criminal groups are the Brass Orchid Triad, operating out of southeast Asia and northern Africa in the wake of the grand migration during the Chinese-American War. The Brass Orchid Triad were quick to incorporate Elites into their ranks and use that advantage to muscle out some of the more established groups and dominate the underworld. They have had less success in Japan but are giving the Yakuza a run for their money.

The Russian Mafia holds sway in Russia and eastern Europe with a strong presence in North America but have stiff competition from the local South American Cartels and Gangs. Fearing the strength of the Brass Orchid Triad and the Russian Mafia the Americas have united under the banner of the Iron Creed, a loose affiliation of cartels and organized criminal outfits banding together to protect their turf.

One of the newest groups came about after the fall of the Congo Democratic Protectorate or CDP, the Mokele Mbembe. They have advanced technology that is suspected to have come from the now dismantled CDP military, Mokele Mbembe have proven themselves one part ruthless criminal outfit, another part mercenary/terrorist group operating with impunity around the world. Mokele Mbembe can appear anywhere and seem allied to no one, unless someone is willing to pay their exorbitant contracting fees.
