While not the whole city was in a state of disaster much of the city suffered and the UNJE and the local emergency services are engaged with recovery efforts to find survivors and remove debris. Efforts are moving at a lightning pace as they have access to high technology and a great deal of elite support from the UNJE.

by Bee Haw
In the middle afternoon, Bea had a chance to rally a crowd to join the relief effort. She spoke earnestly about the need for donations of money and supplies to help the unhoused and about the need for those who still had homes to become host families. She talked about how the Bekeles had been a host family for her, in her arrival in the city, and what it had meant to her.
Her heart-felt words led to many more families becoming temporary hosts to those who had lost their homes.

Frankie continued to go around, using her ability to dart around the debris, get into small places, climb up buildings and stuff. All ninja like; as usual; as she went around finding people to rescue. She was super effective at it!

by Camilo Batista
After spending an inordinate amount of time, a few sprints and leaps across city blocks, Camilo lost the influencers and found a work crew moving large debris by hand. They couldn't bring in heavy machinery without risking those trapped underneath.
Unfortunately, after removing most of the large pieces, their efforts turned out to be too late and they had to move on to the next, trying to keep up hopes of finding survivors.

Later in the day, Uri-el was approached by a first responder who explained that a family was trapped under a pile of concrete and rebar not far from the waterfront. He dashed to the scene and heaved the concrete out of the way as quick as a flash, freeing the trapped citizens and flying off to the next crisis before he could be thanked.
