Second Amendment furrowed his brow under the mask, but it was brief. He didn’t have time for this nonsense, and he had information to act on. Still the smugness irked him, Elite smugness. He cracked his neck and his guns flipped to high power mode instantly.

He let the ruse go and said, “Frozen Shadow, give me a sec while I teach this trash a lesson.” Trigger Happy playlist, activated.

The girl was ready to facepalm as the guy trying to save the girl actually taunted the guy holding a gun.

She took a step back. Not intending to get involved for the moment.

Frankie was the antithesis of normal, of course. So much so that she'd spun a full 360 on the merri-go-round of insanity and was now somehow the normal one.

Second Amendment fired at point blank range with both pistols at Camilo. But instead of the pain of bullet wounds his eyes are dazzled by bursts of bright light, blindingly bright and intense. He then lept and kicked back from camilo onto a building some fifty feet or so away.

“Nice moves, kid, but I am not wasting my time on this, stand down,” he commanded.

Camilo braced himself for the impact, but none came. Instead there was a little flash of light and he squinted his eyes only to find the vigilante running away when the light faded. "I guess you can only stand your ground when your opponent's defenseless. Come back and fight! Coward!"

This guy was a jerk! He deserved to be punched in the face or something. Unfortunately Camilo was apparantly bad at punching people. Who knew? She'd already determined that he was neither a cop nor a 70's porn actor, despite having the mustache. And the only other thing she associated that kind of mustache with was old-timey dudes on posters calling themselves 'pugilists' instead of boxers.

So anyway, apparantly it was up to her. Or the universe, at least, to give this guy some comeuppance.

OOC: On my turn, something *weird* happens to target him. Possibly a surprise attack (not sure how that works if at all with perception attacks). No attack check needed; he makes a DC 23 toughness check against the effect.

The ability to injure someone in the most ridiculously stupid way possible. Out of nowhere, they accidentally get hit by a car full of clowns. The local zoo had a mass flamingo escape and they stampede right over the enemy right then and there. A fish falls from the sky with no clouds or planes in sight and hits them right in the face. Etcetera.

A cow goes flying wearing a marine helmet, Second Amendment casually ducked it. He wanted to comment but for the moment he kept focused on this elite. He said, “By the way, the criminal is getting away… if you care.”

And in fact the woman was running away.

There was a growing frown under the hood, as Shadow threw up her board and landed on it, flying up into the air.

"Is this done now?" she asked, looking to Amendment.

Sparing a glance at the woman, Camilo had a moment of doubt. She was very likely tied to Brass Orchid, but to what degree? Just a hanger on, or the brains behind the operation? Seeing her fear as she fled, he became resolved. He remembered his training sessions with Detective Nasir. In this moment, she was the victim and Second Amendment was the perpetrator.

"You should worry about yourself. You have no jurisdiction here, no probable cause to detain that woman, and certainly no justification to attack her while she is helpless."

Camilo took off, moving at incredible speeds as he leapt onto a fence, using it to vault up to the rooftop.

"You have a lot to answer for and you'll be answering to me." Camlio called out as he continued his momentum forward pacing out Second Amendment and choosing his timing carefully. He suddenly dropped his shoulders and begun spinning into a Meia-Lua de Compasso.

His heel made solid contact with the side of Second Amendments Jaw.

Aside from the substantial impact of the hit, Camilo pushed his energies into Second Amendment, but instead of healing, they imparted the injuries he had absorbed over time. Depending on his resilience, Camilo was trying to share that blown out knee, blood pouring out of every orifice, and the drowning he'd gone through the day before.

Frankie stood there, maybe backing up a little behind some cover or what not, just in case the lunatic would decide to start shooting the *totally random innocent bystander who definitely wasn't doing anything*.

But also stuff happened again. Maybe another cow. Maybe something new and *weirder*.

The shots were almost point blank and in a tight grouping. Multiple gun shot wounds spurted blood across the roof as Camilo quietly crumpled. Beneath the gore, his wounds start to close.

A woman comes careening through the air, wrapped in a shower curtain with cartoon cats and dogs. She hits Second Amendment knocking him off balance. Possibly hurting her in the process, who could tell. They both tumble to the ground in a heap of shower curtain and people.

Now he was doubly confused.

The floating girl remained as she was, although now there was a curious look under her hood as something started to click.

Coming back to, Camilo sees Frankie III has appeared and in a very compromising position. He kips up off the rooftop and follows through with a Aú Helicóptero dropping a kick with his full weight behind it across Second Amendment's head, bouncing it off the surface of the rooftop.
