[Day 4 - EN] It Came From Where?

[Tsehay Moqe]

Tsehay Moqe arrived to oversee the clean up and recovery operations. Stunned by the damage and scene.

[Galatea]

Galatea, still in her amazonian proportions would help the cleanup. rescue and the recovery of any possible samples from the creature.

It could lead to a breakthrough, after all.

''Good evening'' she called to Tsehay as a way of greeting ''Any people trapped in the fallen buildings?''

[Iris Pythia]

Iris watches the other elite soar away.

"Huh. Anyway."

Galatea gets a thumbs up and Tsehay a wave while she starts ransacking the nearest ambulance for some painkillers. Other than providing information she was a bit limited in what she could contribute to a recovery effort.

"Hey, Galatea. I've seen that lady around but we've never met...she's not actually called Elsa, right?"

[Galatea]

Galatea turned to Iris with a somewhat amused smile

''I don't think so...but she's very shy about herself and I needed something to refer her by.''

[Iris Pythia]

With a smirk. "That's cold."

Munching several paracetamol while an annoyed paramedic looks on.

"Cool power though. Oh damn double pun. Anyway, that was wild pretty awesome you can grow super large. That uhh, might awaken something in some demographics. But I reckon it's neat, very cool things happening on a molecular level."

[Galatea]

''HA!'' she snapped her finger and made finger guns towards Iris before helping move rubble ''Thanks. I am aware of that demographic. those who like their women tall and muscle heavy will have a field day with this...one of the reasons why I don't like using this power all that much.''

She cleared the way for another ambulance

''Cool powers with your eyes too. I did not know you could hypnotize things''

[Iris Pythia]

"Well, it works sometimes. Not quite as dramatic as the super size. Last guy I tried it on was being controlled remotely which didn't help. But hey, figured it might slow the big guy down enough for you two to take him."

Glancing over at the goo.

"Was not expecting him to explode though."

[Galatea]

''Dimensional collapse maybe? Transfer instability?'' she wondered ''We need to examine this carefully''

[Iris Pythia]

"Can't believe Frankie may or may not be about to blow up reality. I mean, Kaiju is one thing...shit, and I didn't even get a photo of it."
She looks genuinely put out.

"Guess that's what happens when people are dying."

[Galatea]

''Someone must have taken a picture. Or a security camera, somewhere'' she replied ''But it is a good thing you caught the dimensional tear''

[Tsehay Moqe]

Tsehay Moqe approached and said, "Are any of you hurt? What happened here? I am hearing talk of a giant monster?"

[Galatea]

Galatea looked down at Tsehay, not usually staying this tall for this long.

''I will be fine although Iris might need a spa treatment after tonight...and yes a giant crocodile: four stories tall and able to breathe out some sort of energy beam. A Godzilla type of creature''

[Tsehay Moqe]

"What is... what is Godzilla?" she asked unsure of the word.

[Galatea]

''Monster from old Japanese movies, a symbol of the atom bomb'' she replied ''You can google it later''

[Iris Pythia]

"It might have looked like godzilla, but due to copyright, it's not. Although we fought it like it was."

Iris smiles and then winces and closes her eyes again.
"I don't usually go for spas but lying down in something warm and nice smelling with a drink while someone massages out the laser damage sounds pretty wonderful right now."

[Tsehay Moqe]

"I am not sure I fully understand, but I am glad you are not hurt seriously. I have never seen anything like this," she admitted.

[Galatea]

Galatea grinned at Iris's reference

''We might have to figure how it passed through to this dimension or figure out defenses.'' she replied to Tsehay ''Or we'll face that again.''

She sighed

''That is why I urge the collection of samples''

[Iris Pythia]

"Absolutely, if our universe is breaking down we need to figure out how and if we can fix it. Or kaiju will be the least of our worries."

Iris yawns.

"But that's for STEM people and I but a humble student of the arts. Still, I can probably write a report on what was going on with the rift. Although that will be kinda dull...I'm going to count that as fulfilling my physics requirement."
